Book a workshop slot

Workshops – Wednesday, 28 November 2018

On Wednesday the 28th November 2018, multiple workshop slots are arranged for convention visitors in two conference rooms at the same time. The conference rooms are all located on the ground floor at Kurhaus Titisee. We are planing to offer 10 different workshop slots in total. The IAPA holds another third conference room in reserve for 5 more workshops when needed.

Every exhibitor gets the opportunity to book a workshop slot exempt from charge for 45 minutes. All conference rooms are equipped with a LCD projector and a screen. If you need more equipment please let us know (costs may be incurred).
The reservation will be confirmed after the receipt of payment.

The exhibitors have to inform the IAPA as soon as possible about the topic and the content of their workshops. Please let us know if you need special equipment or a certain arrangement of chairs.
For a smooth outcome of the convention none of the workshops should last longer than 45 minutes.
Due to external workshop speakers the IAPA reserves the right to reschedule the timetable of the workshops; If so we confer with the corresponding exhibitor.

The number of participants per workshop is 15 persons. The convention visitors have to sign up for the workshops in advance.
