Reasons to exhibit

The Adventure Sports Convention will open its doors for the second time in November 2019 in the very heart of the nature and outdoor park of the Black Forest. Merging the sectors of adventure parks, adventure sports and adventure-based learning offers visitors to the trade fair new approaches to analyse existing interfaces, to combine offers and to exploit synergies arising from it.

There are plenty of reasons why you should exhibit at the Adventure Sports Convention:

Get new clients

We expect visitors from the sectors of climbing forests, ropes courses and adventure sports, providers of adventure-based learning events and tourist attractions, potential new clients interested in equipment, technology, construction and maintenance as well as software solutions and marketing options. Take advantage of the ASC and present your exciting innovations to a new audience.

Personal contacts

The ASC is a great opportunity to get together with old friends, colleagues and to get in touch with new clients. There is enough time and space to present who you are and what you do.

Strengthen your network

Use the Adventure Sports Convention’s network for a successful market positioning and for deepening personal contacts and relations. Become an exhibitor at the Adventure Sports Convention –the industry get-together for manufacturers, construction companies, providers, clients and interested parties.

Your workshop at the ASC

Every exhibitor gets the chance to book one of the popular workshop slots for 45 min (exempt from charge). Make use of the best opportunity to offer your own advanced training workshop at the ASC.

Innovation Award

As part of the ASC, the IAPA, in cooperation with the magazine Oben, is going to honour pioneering developments within the adventure sports sector with the IAPA Innovation Award. So do not forget to apply for one of the four categories “Best Product”, “Best Project”, “Best Design” or “Best It-Solution”.

IAPA general meeting

Every IAPA member will receive a separate invitation to this year’s general meeting at the ASC.
